This week the government needs another internal election to decide the future direction of the party and its politics. Speed appears to be important - how it turns out will again decide policy for what was sold a left wing/middle of the road party now struggling with the levers of power.

Is this ship of state to be directed from orders from the engine room or from the Captain and ships officers?
