The riots - the start of a slippery slope to 3rd world status?

I have resisted the temptation to comment on the disgusting August riots in our capital city but would like to draw your attention to my blog dated 3^rd Feb 2008.

This country does seem to be well on that slippery slope to 3^rd world status. It may be that this decline can be halted, if so it is likely to be the first time in history!

MP Treated differently!!!

We now have news of a British MP abusing his trust by paying members of his family with no work actually being done - the consequences are he has been suspended for 10 days!!!!!!! What a joke!!!!!
What makes him so different from any member of the public who would be pursued to the full extent of the law.
We appear to be on a slippery slope to 3rd or 4th world status.

My message to this MP is resign now!!!!”
